What happened¶
A 33-document January follow-up meeting. Action items continued the Forevergreen Road land-use work begun at the January 13 meeting: Temporary Construction Easement Resolutions 1 and 2, Public Utilities Easement Resolution 1, Utilities Agreement Resolution 2, and a Utilities Agreement Affidavit. The board also adopted a Resolution Approving Interfund Loan for ICCSD — a financial mechanism the district used to manage cash flow.
Committee leadership transitions. Director Lisa Williams handed off the Policy & Governance Committee chairmanship to Director Mitch Lingo at this meeting's P&G session, completing the committee-chair slate for the year (Lingo also chairs FOC; Horn-Frasier chairs Education). Capital projects work included a discussion of West HS Auditorium Improvements.
